Private Birthday Party Booking

Service Description

Party investment: $925 Two hours of private access to all four of our exploration spaces (does not include computer lab). Party host to ensure a smooth experience. Can host up to 50 people (babies not included in count). Table seating for up to 30 at a time in our Mess Lab. Basic karaoke setup available (using your bluetooth mobile device) - please let us know if you want to use this. Variety of process based art and sensory play activities for your younger guests. These do use the same tables that you will serve food on. If you would like to skip having these activities available, please let us know in advance. Includes 15 mins set up and take down time at both the start and end of the event. If you need more time, we can add on additional time to your booking for $250 per hour, which can be prorated if you be using less than an hour. Please contact us to discuss options. Cancellation Policy

Programs cancelled with 30 days notice or more will be fully refunded, less a 5% admin fee. Programs cancelled with 8-29 days notice are subject to be charged 50% of the booking fee. Programs cancelled with 7 days notice or less, will not be provided with a refund.    Payments   The full payment for the party will be due when booking.   Payments are typically taken online via credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us to make other arrangements.
